Terms of Service

These terms apply when you request a quote from, book, or pay EZ TV Mounting ("we"). By booking you accept them.

Quotes

A quote is our price for the work described on it, based on what you told us. If the work turns out to be different when we arrive — a different wall, extra parts, access problems — we will tell you before doing anything that changes the price, and you can decline.

Scheduling

Your appointment has an arrival window, not an exact time; we text you when your technician is on the way. To reschedule or cancel, contact us. Please give us as much notice as you can; same-day cancellations after a technician has left for your address may be charged a trip fee if the quote says so.

Deposits and payment

Some jobs need a deposit to hold the appointment; the quote says when and how much. The balance is due when the job is finished unless the invoice says otherwise. We accept the payment methods shown on the invoice; card payments go through Stripe. If you choose to keep a card on file, we charge it only for the amounts you agreed to.

Financing

Financing offered on a quote is provided by a third-party lender under its own terms. Applying is optional and does not change your agreement with us.

Your part

Make sure someone 18 or older is present, the work area is reachable, and anything fragile is moved. Tell us about anything hidden in the work area (wiring, plumbing, prior damage) that you know of.

Our work

We do the work with reasonable care and skill. If something we did is not right, tell us promptly and we will come back and fix it. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, problems caused by materials you supplied, or damage from use after we leave. Any product warranty is the manufacturer's.

Refunds

If we cannot do the work, any deposit is refunded in full. If work is stopped at your request after it has started, you pay for what was done. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, EZ TV Mounting's total responsibility for a job is the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you that cannot be limited.
