Privacy Policy
EZ TV Mounting
This policy explains what EZ TV Mounting ("we") collects when you use our website, request a quote, book a job or pay an invoice, and what we do with it. It applies to EZ TV Mounting, LLC.
What we collect
- Contact details — your name, phone number, email address and service address, so we can quote, schedule and do the work.
- Job details — what you asked for, photos of the work area you send us and photos our team takes of the finished work, notes, and the documents you sign on a job.
- Payment details — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We see the last four digits and the card brand, never the full number.
- Financing — if you apply for financing through the link on a quote, the lender collects its own information under its own privacy policy.
- Messages — the texts and emails between you and us about your request and appointments.
- Website use — standard server logs and analytics (see Cookies and analytics).
Why we use it
To quote and schedule your work, send the appointment texts and emails you agreed to, do the job, invoice you and take payment, keep records of the work (including photos and signed documents), answer your questions, and run and improve our website.
Texts and emails
When you book, request a quote or contact us, you agree to receive texts and emails from EZ TV Mounting about your request and appointments — confirmations, reminders, your technician on the way, your quote and invoice links, and a follow-up after the job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts; every email tells you how to reach us to stop emails. We do not send marketing texts.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that run the business, each under its own privacy terms:
- our payment processor (Stripe), to take payments and keep a card on file when you choose to;
- our text and email providers, to send the messages you agreed to;
- mapping and scheduling services, to plan routes and drive times;
- our accounting software, when invoices are synced to it;
- the software platform this website and our scheduling run on (Core Development Systems), which stores the data on our behalf and does not use it for its own purposes;
- anyone the law requires us to share it with.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, protect forms from abuse, and remember your preferences. We may use standard web analytics and advertising measurement (such as Google Analytics and Google Ads) to understand how people find and use the site; those tools set their own cookies under their own policies. You can block cookies in your browser; the site still works, though some features will not remember you.
How long we keep it
We keep customer records, quotes, invoices, photos of the work and signed documents for as long as you are a customer and as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. Website logs are kept for a short period for security.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at [email protected] or (702) 927-5668. We will do so unless we are required to keep it (for example, invoices for tax records). You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP.
Security
Customer files and signed documents are stored privately and are only available to signed-in members of our team. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with its date. Questions: [email protected] or (702) 927-5668.
